Our animals
Our animals fit the rural atmosphere of the campsite. Some have their own meadow, others roam freely.
Since the 2022 season we have two alpacas, Josefien is the brown one, Liselotje the white one. They graze in the alpaca meadow near pitches N1 through N13.
More neighbours
Our goats Bloesem and Sterre roam in the meadows alongside the alpacas.
Our natural pond is home to frogs, salamanders and plenty of fish: large koi, grass carp and golden tench.
Our chickens lay the eggs you buy at the Windroos, and you will regularly see the runner ducks waddling from the pond to the reception, where they are fed.
Do Not Feed
Please do not feed the animals or spoil them with treats, including the horses and sheep in the field next to the campsite.
Leave the fish and frogs in the pond in peace, and do not use the pond as a swimming pool or fishing pond.
Our animals can become ill from your dog's droppings, so it is important and mandatory to clean up dog poop on and around the grounds. Bins with bag dispensers are placed everywhere.
