On the fire department's instructions, the pellet stove may not be used. Chalet Schaap is therefore heated with 2 convector fan heaters, which keep the chalet nicely warm, although the floor is somewhat colder as a result.
Included and available to rent
If you stay longer, you can get a fresh package at reception for € 10 per set.
Available to rent at reception for € 10 per set: 2 large and 4 small towels, 2 washcloths, a hand towel, a tea towel and 2 cleaning cloths.
Included, just like energy and wifi.
One dog is welcome, but not on the sofa or in the bedroom.
Outdoors
On the large veranda you can relax in a lounge chair, and eating outside is also possible: there is a garden table, garden chairs and a parasol.
The idyllic village of Meppen has several good restaurants and an ice cream parlour, and from the campsite several walking and cycling routes start.
