Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all our bookings, including bookings made indirectly through an intermediary. The terms may differ per type of booking. We distinguish between reservations for the campsite and the chalets, and at the campsite between regular bookings and the arrangements for long-term camping.

On our website, our dates and rates are stated as carefully as possible, but price changes are reserved. When you book, you will be told the correct price.

Finances

• All rates include VAT.
• If the municipality raises or lowers the tourist tax during the stay, we will pass that on.
• In the low season you can use various discount passes at the campsite. The discount only applies if you have indicated in advance that you wish to use it, and you show the pass upon arrival. With a discount card, you cannot use the vacancy allowance during the discount period.

Reserving and Paying

Chalets

• After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation with the details of your reservation.
• Within one week, you pay 50% of the reservation amount.
• No later than arrival, you pay the remaining 50%. Paying earlier is of course also possible.

Regular campsite booking

• You will receive a reservation confirmation by email, with the pitch we have assigned to you. We may deviate from that pitch, but we always take your wishes into account.
• Within two weeks of confirmation, you pay 40% of the reservation amount.
• You pay the balance before arrival via the iDEAL link in the confirmation, or upon arrival at the campsite, in cash or by debit card.

Long-term camping

• You will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
• Within two weeks of confirmation, you pay 40% of the reservation amount.
• At least 1 month before arrival, you pay the balance.
• If you reserve shortly before arrival, you pay within 1 week of the reservation date.

In every reservation confirmation, you can pay the amount via iDEAL. Erfgoed de Boemerang may always cancel a reservation if incorrect information has been provided, if the payment obligation is not met, or if the house rules are not followed.

Cancellation

We recommend everyone take out cancellation insurance: it best protects you against unforeseen costs.

Chalets

• Up to 1 month before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
• If you cancel within 1 month before arrival, you pay 50% of the reservation amount (the deposit).
• If you cancel in the week before arrival, you pay 100% of the booking.

Regular campsite booking

• Up to 1 month before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
• If you cancel within 1 month before arrival, you pay 40% of the reservation amount (the deposit).

Long-term camping

• Up to 1 month before arrival, you can cancel free of charge; the 40% deposit paid will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 1 month before arrival, you pay the full amount of the reservation. No refund will be given.

House Rules

The house rules are on our website, and campers also receive them upon arrival. Anyone who violates the house rules may have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Privacy

If you request information or submit a reservation request, we will add you to our address file. We never give your details to anyone else. In exceptional cases, we use your email address to keep you informed of developments at Erfgoed de Boemerang. You can always unsubscribe from this newsletter.

Photos and video

If you send us photos, we will assume that we may use them free of charge for promotion. If you happen to appear in a photo or video at Erfgoed, we will assume you have no objection to us publishing it.
